Ruadhri Cushnan is a highly in demand Grammy Award winning mixer. He recently claimed his latest #1 album with BRIT Awardwinner Tom Walker's debut album "What A Time To Be Alive". He has also scored #1 albums with Ed Sheeran (multi-platinum smashes "X" and "+"), Shawn Mendes (U.S. #1 album "Handwritten") and of course the UK and U.S. #1 album "Babel" by Mumford & Sons, which won Best Album at the Grammy Awards.
Ruadhri has recently worked on mixing projects for Tom Walker, Snow Patrol, Áine, Manuel Carrasco, Billy Lockett, Joel Baker, The Coronas and Sammy Brue to name but a few, as well as producing and mixing projects for Jamie Lawson and Ciaran Lavery. Ruadhri has also worked with artists such as James TW, Isaac Gracie, Gregory Porter, LeAnn Rimes, Arrow Benjamin, Joel Baker, Matthew and the Atlas, Foy Vance and Half Moon Run.
Ruadhri started his career as an Engineer at Metropolis Studios, having the opportunity to learn from many legendary producers and artists such as Queen, The The, Ray Charles, Robert Plant and later on projects for Primal Scream, U2, Neneh Cherry, Bjork and George Michael.
With a wealth of experience including songwriting and production and a track record which speaks for itself, Ruadhri has proved himself to be a consistently great and versatile radio mixer. His mixes are regularly praised for staying true to the music - an honesty that always sounds fresh.
Ruadhri works from his own studio, mainly mixing in the box with a great collection of classic vintage and modern outboard close to hand.
