Dan also mixed for Olly Murs on hits such as "Dear Darlin'" (90 million streams)and "Oh My Goodness" (12 million streams) from the #1 albums "Right Place, Right Time" and "In Case You Didn't Know". Dan also mixed multiple tracks on latest EP "Soundtrack to an Existential Crisis" and previous EP "X Games".
Recent mixes include Good Soldier (Freya Ridings) singing Jack Cullen, EMI signing Celina Sharma, new pop singer/songwriterGlowe's latest single "You Won't Even Call Me On My Birthday", which featured highly on Spotify's New Music Friday playlist, Wild Youth, Waves Rush in and Boyz II Men legend Shawn Stockman.
In addition to this, Dan has seen his projects sell internationally, having notched up over 50 million record sales worldwide, with his work for Miguel Bosé being nominated for 'Album of the Year' ('Amo') and 'Record of the Year' ('Encanto') at the Latin Grammys in 2015.
Dan initially cut his teeth by recording the bands he was playing in. Dan was initially signed to Warner with his band Frampton Hill, before splitting. Following this, Dan decided that it was time to take a seat on the other side of the glass. As a pedigree pop mixer, previous clients include Steps, JLS, Pixie Lott, Westlife, Lawson, Liberty X, Five, S Club 7 and Scouting for Girls. Dan is also a seasoned live mixer, having worked extensively for Apple's iTunes Festival, mixing live shows/EPs for Biffy Clyro, Goldfrapp, Jack White, Andrea Bocelli, Jessie J, Natalie Imbruglia and Paul Simon to name but a few.
Dan is currently looking for exciting new pop projects to sink his teeth into - from guitar-led pop to electronic dance-pop. In terms of style, Dan has a great ear for vocals and strong grooves that really sell the song. He is especially talented at grabbing people from the get-go with his mixes.
