Ben Allen is a Musical Director, FOH Engineer, Programmer and Musician. He brings something unique to the Z Management roster, priding himself on developing and bringing studio creations to the stage. Ben has gained many album credits as a session musician during his career and also works as a studio engineer and remixer.

Ben has been heavily involved with Brit-Award nominated Izzy Bizu (Sony/Epic) helping develop her live performances across the globe. Her highly anticpated debut album "Method In The Madness" is set for release in July. Ben has also been working with the young pop sensation Zara Larsson (Universal) and he is currently working with the mighty All Saints(London Records) on their reunion and upcoming tour dates. Ben is also working with the duo Meadowlark (Believe Digital).

Ben has worked a range of successful artists including the multi-platinum selling Sugababes(aka Mutya Keisha Siobhan) (MD/Musician), Amber Run (MD/FOH), Fyfe (FOH), J'Danna(MD/FOH), Basheba (FOH) and Charlene Soraia (MD/Musician). Ben has also toured internationally for a number of acts including Mattafix (Marlon Roudette) (MD/Musician), Siobhan Donaghy (MD/Musican), Hitomi Yaida (MD/Musician) and One EskimO (Musician).

Throughout his career as an MD, Ben has also received endorsements from many high profile music companies including Ableton, Gibson Guitars, Eventide Effects, RME and Audix.
